2009-8-26 Private residence wedding shoot on east coast | Rhode Island Wedding

The wedding I shot last saturday in Rhode Island was magnificent , it was an awesome experience to shoot in such a beautiful place and also a fun experience to work with another great photographer Mercedes McAndrew.

A little bit about Rhode Island, it is a state in the New England region of the United States. It is the smallest U.S. state by area. Rhode Island borders Connecticut to the west and Massachusetts to the north and east.

We started photographing Jessica's preparation at her beautiful house (which is also the reception location ) at about 10:00am. By the time we got there, the tents for reception are all setup already and decoration has already started.

Love all the light blue wall color in Jessica's bedroom blends into the bridesmaids' aqua blue dresses. After the ceremony , all the girls took the trolley to the church for the ceremony. The Cocktail and the reception was back to Jessica parent's house in an absolutely prime location in Rhode Island which has an amazing 270 degree ocean sunset view. During the reception , Jessica's brother had a great idea we took the speed boat drove about 100 yards to take a picture of the entire reception area and the house, such an exciting experience.

2009-8-21 East Coast Wedding Shoot - Rhode Island

Will be out this weekend shooting in Narragansett , Rhode Island . I'm sure it is going to be fun ! Stay Tuned for images !!!! Oh, it is 6:10am already, almost time to leave for the 8:40am flight.

Sheryll & Philippe's wedding at the Ruby Hill Golf Club - Pleasanton

Last weekend I shot Sheryll & Philippe's wedding at the beautiful Ruby Hill Glof Club. I have been expecting this wedding for so long... why ??? because Sheryll and Philippe contacted me almost 2 years before their wedding wanted to have me to be their photographer. Sheryll is an excited bride and that made me really love them. One more thing that made this wedding shoot special was I have one of my best photographer friend Caroline from Tinywater Photography to second shoot for me. The floral design was done by Annie of Annie Siu Floral and Events. So glad to be able to work with these 2 crazily talented people in the industry.

2009-8-1 Helene & Jason's wedding in San Jose ( Sainte Claire Hotel )

It was an awesome day working with my good friend Kerry Ling from Emotional Moment in a wedding yesterday. The ceremony of this sweet bride Helene and this brilliant musician Jason was held at the Temple Emanuel, while the reception was at The Sainte Claire Hotel San Jose . The best of the day was our portrait session, we were able to capture some late afternoon/evening street scene near the hotel area. I particular like to the picture while Helene and Jason walking in front of the restaurant while the customers peeking thr the windows.
